Ways to Give
There are many giving opportunities to help support the Bloomfield Public Library from monetary donations and planned giving options to purchasing books from the Library's Amazon Wishlist or through our Buy-A-Book tribute program.
Established in 2018, the Bloomfield Public Library Foundation supports the Library’s mission by securing and managing donations from individuals, businesses and private foundations that believe in the life-changing power of our Library. Funding from the Foundation supplements the Library’s state and municipal budgets, contributing to capital improvement projects and providing direct support to enhance the Library’s community programs, technology services, and collections.
The Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity qualified to receive tax-deductible contributions, bequests, transfers and gifts. For more information on how you can invest in the Library's future, please visit the Foundation's website at bplnjfoundation.org.
Buy-A-Book Tribute

Your donation will be used to purchase a book to add to the Library’s collection to either honor or memorialize the friend, relative, or group you designate.
To get started, download the Buy-A-Book form, fill it in and return to the library in person or via mail. For further information, please call our Administration Office at 973-566-6200 ext 204.
