In the library, look up biographies of Nobel Prize Winners or Scientists by name. Also, look for further information under additional subject headings if the
scientist is a minority or a woman.

In the library, look up information for Women's History Month at the call numbers:

Black History Month
In the library, look up information for Black History Month at the call number: 973.0496. Also see more information
on scientists, women or inventors. Still more information can usually be found alphabetically in the biography sections under the subject's last name.
Some excellent resources available in the library are: African Americans at War and African-American Encyclopedia.
Native Americans
In the library, look up information on Native American Tribes at the call number: 970.1. Some great resources in the library include: American Indians and Handbook of North American Indians in the Reference section.
